This collection of characterized bioactive compounds was compiled
by MicroSource Discovery
Systems. It was purchased in February,
2003 by the ALS Association via ICCB-Longwood post-doctoral fellow Qing
Liu. Most of the compounds are pure natural products and their
derivatives, and include simple and complex oxygen heterocycles,
alkaloids, sequiterpenes, diterpenes, pentercyclic triterpenes,
and sterols. The SpecPlus and NINDS collections combined are sold
by MicroSource as the Spectrum Collection.
