This set of compounds was selected from existing ICCB-Longwood commercial
libraries to provide a small diverse collection that can be used
in pilot screens. Details of the origin and format of each plate
are given in the chart below. Note that each plate is associated
with two plate numbers. The "Screening Room" plate
numbers should be used when scheduling pin transfer from Commercial
Diversity Set 1. The "Official ICCB" plate numbers
should be used for cherry pick requests and when entering data
into the screening results database. Screeners should take note
of the plates they screen as part of the Commercial Diversity Set
so that they don't inadvertently re-screen them when screening
the rest of the ICCB-Longwood commercial compound collection. Information
about re-ordering the compounds in this collection is posted on
the web page for each library.
